Job summary

Daughtridge Sales Company, an MCE Company, seeks a detail-focused Fill Room Technician to support gauge assembly and production in Rocky Mount, NC. You will fill gauges, assemble components, and assist with shipping and warehouse tasks in a hands-on role that supports aerospace, automotive, chemical, energy, government, and medical markets.

The position offers $15.50–$16.50 per hour, full benefits, annual PTO, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities to grow within a specialized industrial

Qualifications

• Must follow work instructions, packing slips and shipping documentation.
• Able to read quality standards and production work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Fill gauges and perform related fill room production activities per quality standards and work instructions.
• Assemble gauges to seals, change cases, dial modifications, and complete other assembly tasks.
• Pick materials from the warehouse to fulfill production and customer orders.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following safety and quality standards.
• Assist with shipping operations: packing slips, labels, and packing products.
• Support receiving: unload and inspect incoming freight, record inventory movements.
