The role emphasizes meticulous measurement, documentation, and the use of calibration management systems. Travel and weekend shifts may be required as part of continuous operations.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on measurement with micrometers, calipers, indicators.
• Experience in manufacturing or lab settings.
• Precision measurement techniques and inspection practices.
• Ability to read, interpret API specifications, drawings and work instructions.
• MS Excel and calibration or quality management systems.
• Strong mathematical and analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Aufgaben

• Calibrate, inspect, and verify gauges, precision tools, couplings and thread protectors per standards.
• Coordinate internal/external calibrations; support minor repairs of inspection equipment.
• Perform incoming inspection of couplings and thread protectors using thread gauges.
• Support ISO, API, and customer audits with preparation and documentation review.
• Maintain calibration records, gauge tracking, recall schedules, and inventories in the calibration system.
• Monitor and maintain controlled environmental conditions in Gauge Lab/inspection areas.
• Investigate Non-Conformances and support corrective actions.
• Develop, revise and maintain calibration/inspection procedures and work instructions.
