Job summary

Vitesse Systems is seeking a PCM Fill Technician in Jessup, MD. The role involves assembling, filling, testing, and documenting components per strict procedures and safety standards. You will monitor temperatures, verify specifications, and maintain data records throughout the process.

The position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, aerospace-related manufacturing environment. OT may be required.

Responsibilities

• Turn on all componentry, ensuring temperatures are within guidelines and make adjustments as needed.
• Fill components with PCM fill, ensuring correct amount is added.
• Follow the assembly steps, ensure units are properly plugged and tested.
• Track temperature and gauges to meet predetermined requirements.
• Safely handle parts to avoid scratches, dents, or damage.
• Complete data tracking sheets for each part and file the documentation.
