Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6 Months of Retail experience preferred
• 6 Months of Experience in customer service or product fulfillment in home improvement retail

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and directing to right associates
• Operate and maintain powered equipment safely and with required certification
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and follow-ups
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs
