Job summary

Lowe’s Stores in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, while keeping staging areas clean and safe.

You will operate powered equipment, validate orders, assist customers, and work with leaders to maintain inventory accuracy. A high school diploma and forklift certification are preferred, with 6 months of retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use including data entry and retrieval.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered equipment certification required (Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck) or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certifications in safety-compliant manner.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and coordinating with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete audits, follow-ups, locker management, and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Perform duties with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork and communication.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
