Qualifications

• 2+ years of front-end and/or alignment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of steering, suspension, and alignment systems.
• Experience using alignment equipment (Hunter) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• ASE certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform two- and four-wheel alignments using modern alignment equipment.
• Diagnose and repair front-end components including ball joints, tie rods, control arms, bushings, and struts.
• Inspect suspension and steering systems and provide repair recommendations.
• Ensure alignments meet manufacturer specifications and customer expectations.
• Test drive vehicles to verify complaints and confirm repairs.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with service writers and other technicians.
• Occasionally assist with tire installs and basic automotive services.
