Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician in Bozeman, MT. You will service brakes, align suspension systems, and handle tire work while delivering outstanding customer service and adhering to company policies.

The role emphasizes on-the-job training, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy components. Expect a fast-paced environment with teamwork and offsite call duties.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components.
• Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
