Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior automotive service writing experience preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Create customers warmly and listen to their automotive concerns.
• Write accurate and detailed repair orders.
• Provide service estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Communicate progress and updates to customers throughout their repair process.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain organized service records and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing shop workflow.
