Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons' Green Bay facility is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to load, unload and move materials, supporting printing presses and finishing equipment. You will verify shipping documents, use PWMS, and ensure accurate handling of paper stock and finished mail pieces.

The role requires daily pre-op checks, safety awareness, and the ability to read client tickets with precision. 1st shift, climate-controlled environment, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience in high-volume facilities.
• No forklift certification required; training available.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to read shipping/receiving docs and match materials to client runs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments; place mail trays/pallets on trucks.
• Support production by staging materials at presses and removing finished goods.
• Verify documents against inbound materials; enter receipts in PWMS.
• Set up machine blades and adjust settings for job specs.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and production areas.
