Job summary

RRD’s Green Bay facility is hiring a Forklift Operator/Material Handler for 1st shift in a climate controlled environment. You will load/unload shipments, support printing presses, and ensure accurate material flow through PWMS.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating a forklift in a high-volume facility.
• Forklift certification not required; willing to train.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload: Safely unload incoming shipments and load outgoing mail trays/pallets onto trucks.
• Production support: Stage materials at printing presses and remove finished goods from production lines.
• Inventory control: Verify shipping documents, enter shipments into PWMS, label goods and complete monthly audits.
• Precision handling: Handle paper stock, mail trays, and print materials without damage.
• Machine setup: Set up blades, guides, and settings for width, length, and margins.
• Material loading: Use roll clamps to load master print rolls onto the unwinding shaft.
• Quality & accuracy: Monitor slitting for clean cuts and measure against client specs.
