Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and cross-functionally.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and cleanliness.
• Ability to use company software and computer system programs.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work safely and follow SOPs.
• Overtime and weekend work when required.
• Operate filling and packaging equipment as listed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor containers and line supplies to ensure uninterrupted filling operations.
• Calibrate and operate filling machines; verify product weight and appearance.
• Ensure lids, labels, and seals are correct and legible.
• Maintain operation of bail-o-matic, case packer, palletizer, and related equipment.
• Record input data for inventory using electronic systems.
• Operate tower, gallon line, and other line equipment as required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
