Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to work in a team and cross-functionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to use company software and computer systems.
• Good interpersonal communication and safety mindset.
• Overtime and weekend availability as needed.
• Ability to operate fill-by-weight, labeler, palletizer, case packer, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor containers and ensure sufficient supply for the line.
• Calibrate and operate filling machines; verify weights and quality.
• Ensure lids and labels are correct; monitor packaging equipment.
• Input data into terminal for inventory control.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with environmental regulations.
