Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a Filling Line Operator to monitor the filling line and perform quality checks on all products. You will calibrate and operate filling machines, inspect containers for correct weights, and ensure lids and labels are correctly applied.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Overtime and weekend work may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required to perform calculations and quality checks.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and cleanliness.
• Comfort with following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate company software and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming quality of containers and ensure adequate supply for uninterrupted filling line operation.
• Calibrate and operate filling machines; check batch tickets for correct product and weights.
• Ensure lids and labels are correct and properly sealed and legible.
• Maintain operation of bail-o-matic, case packer, palletizer and related equipment.
• Accurately input fill counts and inventory data into terminal systems.
• Operate forklift and related equipment; maintain clean, safe work area.
