Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a Filling Line Operator I to monitor the filling line, perform quality checks, and ensure smooth production at our Mesquite, TX facility. This role supports continuous operation, maintains equipment, and adheres to safety and quality standards to meet customer expectations.

You will calibrate and operate filling machines, lids, labels, case packers, and palletizers, manage materials, input data accurately, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills, i.e. addition/subtraction.
• Ability to work in a team environment and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and cleanliness.
• Ability to follow SOPs and use company software.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Ability to operate filling, labeling, palletizing equipment and related machinery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming container quality and supply to the line for uninterrupted operation.
• Operate filling machine, calibrate, check product weight and appearance.
• Ensure lids, labels, and packaging equipment are stocked and functioning.
• Input data into the terminal for inventory control.
• Maintain equipment and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and perform other duties as assigned.
