Job summary

Regal Boats is seeking a dedicated Cut & Grind Specialist to grind rough edges on boat hull molds and fiberglass parts, and to cut holes for instruments and hardware. The role requires teamwork in a bay, strict PPE adherence, and precise hand-tool work.

You will operate grinders and related tools, follow safety guidelines, and help maintain quality across hulls, decks, and components in a fast-paced, climate-controlled-free environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with fiberglass, cabinetry, or auto body repair.
• Proficient with grinders, sanders, hole saws, jig saws, diamond cutters, scrapers.
• Must pass a spirometry test and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Grind de-molded parts (hulls, decks, small parts) to spec.
• Collaborate with team to move deck parts to the grind area.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow lead instructions.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met and comply with safety rules.
