Job summary

Sportsman Boats is seeking an Associate to Cut & Grind fiberglass parts after spraying in our factory. You will use a tape measure and a circular saw, and wear a respirator and mask as required in our dusty manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include cutting boats after removal from molds, grinding edges, drilling holes for installation, and fitting parts together. The role offers training, safety emphasis, and a path for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand tools and drills.
• Experience using a circular saw.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
