Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Holecutter to drill and cut holes in boat hulls, decks, and parts in our fiberglass manufacturing facility. You will read blueprints, mark positions, and perform cutting with drills, grinders, and routers while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting openings, maintaining tools and work areas, and operating forklifts as needed to move molds and components. A high school diploma or GED and PPE readiness are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely operate hand-held cutting and drilling tools.
• Ability to read work instructions, measurements, templates, and basic blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Locate and mark hole positions on fiberglass hulls, decks, and molded components.
• Cut, drill, and trim holes using hand-held drills, hole saws, grinders, routers.
• Finish grinding to ensure smooth edges and proper fit for assembly.
