Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group is seeking a skilled Hole Drilling / Trim & Grind associate to support hull assembly. You will drill holes, trim and grind fiberglass hulls to blueprint specifications using templates, jigs and fixtures.

The role requires reading blueprints, using drills, grinders, saws and power tools, and maintaining records. Safety PPE is mandatory; full-time schedule typically 4-10 hour shifts with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with a variety of hand and pneumatic tools.
• Must follow safety and quality standards, including PPE.

Responsibilities

• Drills holes and trims/grinds hulls to specs using templates, jigs and fixtures.
• Read blueprints and locate parts; maintain records of work completed.
• Operate and maintain drills, grinders, and other tools safely.
• Perform housekeeping and comply with safety standards.
