Brunswick in Vonore, TN is seeking a Holecutter to drill and trim holes in fiberglass boat components, following blueprints and specifications. You will operate hand-held drills, hole saws, grinders, routers, and related tools to produce precise openings and finish edges ready for assembly.

Responsibilities include locating hole positions, inspecting openings for size and quality, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while adhering to PPE protocols and production standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, measurements, templates and basic blueprints.
• Experience reading shop drawings or templates is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Locate and mark hole positions on fiberglass hulls, decks, and molded components.
• Cut, drill, and trim holes using hand-held drills, hole saws, grinders, routers, and related tools.
• Inspect drilled and cut openings to verify size, placement, and quality.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean, organized condition and follow safety procedures.
• Safely operate forklifts and/or tugger vehicles to transport molds, materials, components, and finished parts.
