Job summary

Brunswick is hiring a Holecutter to drill and cut holes in fiberglass hulls and decks using a range of tools, ensuring precise, clean openings and adherence to specs. The role requires reading blueprints, marking positions, and performing finishing work with quality control.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely operate hand-held cutting and drilling tools.
• Ability to read work instructions, templates, and basic blueprints.
• Visual inspection of cut openings for size and quality.
• Wears PPE including respirators, face shields, gloves, and eye protection.

Responsibilities

• Locate and mark hole positions on fiberglass hulls, decks, and molded components per blueprints and templates.
• Cut, drill, and trim holes using hand-held tools in accordance with specs and quality standards.
• Finish grind around cut openings for proper edge quality and fit.
• Inspect drilled openings for size and quality, correcting defects as needed.
• Operate cutting, drilling, and grinding equipment safely and maintain a clean work area.
