Job summary

Driv-Lok is seeking a hands-on Setup Technician to configure, set up, and operate Warren threader and header machines to meet quality standards. You will read shop drawings, perform lubrication, and document process data to support efficiency and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related manufacturing experience, the ability to read basic shop math, and comfortable using Driv-Lok’s computer systems.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret shop drawings/blueprints to select materials and tooling.
• Perform daily lubrication and basic maintenance on machines.
• Use precision metrology to verify part specs.
• Document SPC data, lot splits, and job cards accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure, set up, and operate Warren threader and header lines.
• Troubleshoot issues and support multiple machines as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support material transfer between operations and ensure quality standards.
