Qualifications

• Ability to read shop drawings and process sheets; document data in SPC systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain thread roller machines to meet quality requirements.
• Understand and use precision measuring instruments accurately.
• Read and interpret prints; document and move materials to the next operation.
• Perform daily lubrication and basic maintenance on assigned machines.
• Select dies, adjust tooling and timing; observe quality standards and housekeeping.
