Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Fabricator – Machine Operator to set up, adjust, and run fabrication equipment to produce metal components per blueprints and work orders.

You will ensure safe operations, maintain quality records, and support continuous production. A high school diploma or 1–2 years experience is required, with basic math and reading skills necessary for interpreting drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 1–2 years of experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills including dimensions, quantities, metric conversions, algebra, and geometry.
• Welding experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment, including press brakes, rollers, punch presses, sanders, drills, grinders, shears, saws, and other fabrication machinery.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, rules, squares, angle gages, and height gages.
• Practice the highest degree of safety when performing essential duties of his position.
• Read and interpret parts drawings, process routings, and production requirement information.
