Job summary

RNInk is seeking a Fabricator – Machine Operator to set up, adjust, and operate fabrication equipment to produce metal components per blueprints and work orders.

You will maintain safe operations, track production records, and read parts drawings with various measuring tools. Welding experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills including dimensions, quantities, metric conversions, algebra, and geometry.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, diligence, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment, including press brakes, rollers, punch presses, sanders, drills, grinders, shears, saws, and other fabrication machinery.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, rules, squares, angle gages, and height gages.
• Practice the highest degree of safety when performing essential duties of the position.
• Read and interpret parts drawings, process routings, and production requirement information.

The Fabricator Machine Operator will set up, adjust, and operate fabrication equipment to produce metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders. This role is responsible for maintaining safe operations, quality standards, and accurate production records.

Education & Experience Requirements of the Fabricator – Machine Operator:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 1-2 years of experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills including dimensions, quantities, metric conversions, algebra, and geometry.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, diligence, and time management skills.
• Welding experience is a plus, but not required.
