Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a skilled assembler for our manufacturing team in Greeneville, TN. You will fabricate and assemble components according to blueprints, route sheets, and quality standards to support production flow.

You will operate and maintain equipment, apply mechanical skills, and work with team members to meet daily targets while following safety policies and 6S principles. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and measuring devices.
• Adherence to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per 6S.
• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Mechanical aptitude and tool use.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble components per blueprints and routings.
• Operate and maintain equipment; troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety and quality; follow 6S and CI initiatives.
• Complete labor cards, production reports, JIT sheets accurately.
• Support cross-department tasks and meet production targets.
• Overtime as needed to meet production demands.
