Job summary

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and routings to manage stock and scrap.
• Work in a fast-paced line with constructive teamwork.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety, DOT, HAZMAT and PPE policies.
• Sets up and operates spot welders and H-clips for steel.
• Forms liners to blueprint standards and positions weldments.
• Communicates with line teams to maintain production rate.
• Completes scrap sheets, stock returns, safety checks, and first piece sheets.
• Performs preventative maintenance and daily tasks.
• Maintains 6s in the work area and supports CI initiatives.
• Handles paperwork and assists other departments as needed.
