Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Production Technician in Lititz, PA to assist with manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication of TAIT products. You will work in a multi-discipline team to meet TAIT quality standards and support growth through skill development.

Responsibilities include following blueprints, maintaining tolerances, practicing safety, and collaborating in meetings and training sessions to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of instructional/professional training.
• Fabrication, carpentry, and mechanical assembly skills helpful.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and internal drawings.
• Knowledge of rigging equipment and practices (WLL, COG, & LAF).
• Proficiency with TAIT business systems (Epicor, Slack, Box).
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and implement proper fabrication and assembly techniques.
• Maintain accurate dimensional tolerances set forth on drawings.
• Produce a quality product while focusing on TAIT brand quality and standards.
• Clean and maintain workspace area, facility tools, and equipment.
• Read, understand, and follow blueprints, internal drawings, and SOPs.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.
• Perform assigned duties according to company policies and expectations.
