Manufacturing Solutions Inc. is seeking an Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join our Vermont team in Morrisville. This full-time role handles preventative maintenance, repairs, and coordinating large projects to ensure on-time delivery of quality products.

The position requires troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, and using a range of tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and welders to keep equipment and vehicles in peak condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventative maintenance and repair of equipment and vehicles.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Commitment to safety and on-time delivery of quality products.
• Ability to estimate labor and material costs for work orders.
• Familiarity with using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Experience coordinating emergency or large projects.
• Willingness to perform routine and skilled maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and equipment.
• Clean, lubricate and perform preventative maintenance on forklifts, trucks, trailers and equipment.
• Perform skilled maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Coordinate emergency and large complex projects.
• Troubleshoot and fix defective switches, relays, fuses and other wiring, perform electrical maintenance.
• Estimate cost of labor and materials for work orders, obtain competitive prices for equipment and supplies.
• Operate and maintain a variety of tools including saws, drills, grinders, welders, cutting equipment and more.
