Job summary

Site Worker Corp is seeking a Vendor Coordinator / Supply Chain Support to manage a large volume of material, coordinate repairs with approved vendors, and perform receiving inspections to support the engine shop production schedule.

You will forecast parts from bills of materials, document measurements, engage with strategic sourcing to identify repairs, and provide accurate reports on vendor repair items and new material.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years applying mechanical principles in repair and maintenance.
• Experience with precision measurement tools.
• Proficient in English; able to understand maintenance data.
• Ability to meet ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Forecast parts from bills of materials for engine builds.
• Follow maintenance instructions and document measurements.
• Engage with sourcing to identify repairs and vendors.
• Perform receiving inspections on incoming material.
• Inspect engine parts with precision measuring equipment.
• Make daily/weekly calls to vendors for updates.
• Support purchase order updates and material changes.
• Coordinate deliveries with shipping team and provide reports.
