Site Worker is seeking a Vendor Coordinator / Supply Chain Support to manage high volumes of material, including vendor repairs and engine part inspections. You will forecast parts for engine builds, perform receiving inspections, and support purchasing and shipping coordination.

This role requires, at minimum, a high school diploma and 3 years of experience in mechanical applications. The position emphasizes documentation, accuracy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years applying mechanical principles to repair, maintenance and installation of mechanical equipment.
• Experience with precision measurement tools.
• Proficient in English.
• Able to meet ITAR requirements.

Responsabilités

• Forecast parts from the bill of materials to support engine builds.
• Follow maintenance instructions and document measurements, clearances, and steps.
• Engage with strategic sourcing to identify repairs and potential vendors.
• Conduct receiving inspections on incoming material.
• Inspect engine parts using precision measuring equipment and calculate clearances.
• Make daily/weekly calls to vendors for delivery updates.
• Support update of purchase orders as needed.
• Coordinate with shipping for deliveries.
• Provide reports tracking vendor repair items and new material.
