Job summary

Freeman Enclosure Systems in Batavia, Ohio is seeking a dependable and motivated Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role will work on a 3-4 person production team to assemble and install panels, insulation, perforated sheet metal, and other components used in enclosure systems.

You will use basic hand and power tools, measure and cut materials, and follow assembly instructions. Candidates with experience in construction, drywall, framing, installation, or general assembly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction, drywall, framing, or general installation is highly preferred.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing is a plus.
• Basic ability to read and understand prints, drawings, or assembly instructions.
• Experience using hand and power tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install panels as part of enclosure assembly, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.
• Measure, cut, and install insulation into panels according to specifications.
• Measure, cut, and install insulation (pink/batt) as required.
• Use clamps to position and secure materials during assembly.
• Operate impact drivers, drills, and other hand and power tools to install hardware.
• Install perforated sheet metal and finish components properly.
• Drape and install plastic to protect components and work areas.
• Follow basic prints, drawings, and work orders.
• Work closely with a 3-4-person team to complete assemblies safely and on schedule.
