Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Specialist - Assembler in Santa Rosa, CA. The role focuses on assembling precision microelectronics components and supporting efficient manufacturing through hands-on assembly, soldering, cabling, and the use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities include interpreting process instructions, maintaining high attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, working independently or as part of a team, and contributing to DFx evaluations with manufacturing

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience with automated microelectronics assembly equipment.
• Demonstrated use of tools and equipment to handle ultra-small parts and assemblies.
• High level of manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills leading to root cause and prevention.
• Good teamwork and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision microelectronic components and perform cabling and soldering.
• Utilize hand and power tools to assemble parts per instructions.
• Interpret and follow manufacturing process instructions accurately.
• Ensure assemblies meet specifications and quality standards.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineering with DFx recommendations to improve producibility.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and prevention measures for failures.
