LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assembler to perform electronic and mechanical assembly, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting production and quality standards. Shifts include First and Second, with occasional 5:30 AM starts; Saturday work may be required. Onsite facility.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of electronic assembly, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Ability to read assembly drawings, schematics, and technical instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment.
• Familiarity with soldering, inspection equipment, and microscopes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, work orders, and technical instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment.
• Perform soldering, component placement, rework, crimping, riveting, fastening, and other assembly operations.
• Conduct inspections, functional testing, and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and perform basic repairs.
• Identify and report defects, non-conforming materials, and process deviations.
• Record production and quality data using manufacturing systems and SPC charts.
• Set up workstations and maintain tools, materials, and equipment.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
• Support training of new team members and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
