Job summary

Lancesoft seeks an Assembler 2 to join our Milpitas-based manufacturing team. You will assemble electro-mechanical components, follow established procedures, and perform in-process inspections to ensure quality.

You will contribute to DHR documentation and support continuous improvements with engineering and production staff. The role requires 2+ years in a high-tech setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and data entry.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a high tech manufacturing environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly and reading procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components following released procedures.
• Perform in-process inspection to verify specifications and standards.
• Document activity for the Device History Record (DHR).
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve methods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and complete paperwork on time.
