Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a manufacturing associate to join our hardware manufacturing team in California. You will align, calibrate, and execute test methods while following established procedures to ensure on-time completion and quality.

You will work under Daily Management principles, maintaining records, training new team members, and supporting Lean manufacturing initiatives to improve methods, equipment performance, and product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; regulatory industry experience preferred (FDA/ISO).
• 0–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience and ability to read/understand SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Read, comprehend, and follow established work instructions with emphasis on quality.
• Execute the daily production plan to meet due dates and quality standards.
• Train to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow engineering drawings and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FDA QSR, GMP, and ISO requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and accurate production records.
