Staffmark is hiring an Electronic Assembler in San Diego, CA. This role focuses on assembling, soldering, crimping, and inspecting small electronic components using hand tools and fixtures to meet strict quality standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, plus 1+ year soldering experience and ability to read blueprints and schematics. IPC/J-STD knowledge and aerospace/medical device exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in electronics, manufacturing, electrical assembly, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, solder, crimp, and inspect small electronic components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Measure materials and components using rulers and other inspection tools.
• Follow IPC Standards, J-STD requirements, and company quality procedures.
• Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and workmanship.
• Maintain soldering equipment and demonstrate proper tool cleaning and maintenance procedures.
• Support production of products serving the aerospace and medical equipment industries.
• Adhere to all workplace safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
