Job summary

The role involves 1st shift hours and potential overtime, with a focus on safe, efficient production. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, good blueprint reading, and proficiency with hand tools.

Qualifications

• Must read assembly blueprints and follow process instructions.
• Experience reading measuring devices and using hand tools.
• Ability to read diagrams and work in a fabrication environment.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. and access to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components to final configured products per drawings and instructions.
• Inspect parts, subassemblies, and completed assemblies for quality.
• Rework from test failures following standard repair procedures.
• Provide training and support to lower-level assemblers as required.
• Operate machines and equipment and meet productivity standards.
