Job summary

Staffmark Group in San Diego, CA is seeking an Electronic Assembler to build cables, circuit boards, and harnesses on a daytime shift. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, with Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and opportunities for quality-focused work in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years in electro-mechanical assembly, and knowledge of IPC 610/620 and J-STD-001 standards (certification preferred).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production documentation to complete assigned assemblies.
• Perform assembly tasks such as labeling, soldering, wire cutting, crimping, harnessing, potting, and continuity testing.
• Build and assemble cables, circuit boards, and harness boards using hand tools and microscopes.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with production standards and QMS procedures.
• Work alongside your crew to hit goals.
• Keep your space clean and safe.

Your Ticket In

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in electro‑mechanical assembly
• Must have knowledge of IPC 610/620 and J-STD-001 standards (certification preferred)
• Dependable, steady, and punctual
• Comfortable working with your hands and tools
• Strong eye for detail and quality
• Respect for safety and teamwork
• Ability to read blueprints, follow written and verbal instructions, and measure accurately
• Basic computer skills and commitment to continuous improvement
• Must be able to distinguish colors for wiring and coding
