Siemens Healthineers in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble semi-complex products and sub-assemblies, test them, document results, and help resolve non-conformances in a highly regulated environment.

You will work from established procedures, use hand tools and fixtures, and operate overhead cranes as needed. The role requires a 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM shift and willingness to overtime to support production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM shift with overtime.
• Experience with hand tools and torque wrenches.

Responsabilités

• Assemble semi-complex products and sub-assemblies per instructions.
• Use hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and equipment.
• Operate fixturing and overhead cranes as needed.
• Test completed products using established test equipment.
• Document production activities and test results.
• Identify, report, troubleshoot, and assist with non-conformances.
• Support timely completion of sub-assemblies with quality.
• Follow regulatory, quality, safety, and manufacturing requirements.
• Work independently or with the team.
• Provide overtime support as needed.
