Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company (PacSci EMC) in Hollister, CA is hiring an Electronic Assembler to drive improvements in the electronics production line. You will perform assembly tasks, read schematics, and solder to IPC standards under a microscope.

The role requires a high school diploma, US citizenship, and IPC-J-STD experience. On-the-job training is provided; benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• US Citizenship required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Working knowledge of ESD prevention and product handling.
• Self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• 3-5 years of J-STD soldering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs various production assembly operations on components and subassemblies.
• Reads and follows drawings, schematics and instructions.
• Solders components following IPC-J-STD standards, under a microscope.
• Identifies component values and loads PCB assemblies per schematics.
• Attends offsite training to maintain certifications as needed.
