Job summary

NEOTech is seeking an assembler to build mechanical housings and assemblies for products containing PCBAs. You will stand at a workstation and use hand and pneumatic tools to install hardware, cables, and components.

The role requires following detailed assembly instructions, reading drawings, and maintaining accurate work in progress. Candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and strict quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 0-6 months of previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work on single task / procedures / products.
• Normally receives detailed instructions on work.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and drawings to assemble equipment.
• Use hand tools, screwguns, torque wrenches and power tools.
• Maintain inventory at work stations and document defects.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Rework and repair assemblies according to engineering changes.
• Comply with MSD handling requirements and ISO quality systems.
