Job summary

NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking an Assembly Technician to build mechanical housings and subassemblies for stand-alone products and PCB-containing systems. The role requires standing for long periods and using hand tools, with emphasis on quality and safety.

You will read drawings, handle MSD requirements, and work with a range of components while supporting ISO quality systems and 6S initiatives. No prior experience required beyond high school; 0–6 months preferred; on-site full-time with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-6 months of experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic instructions, diagrams and drawings.
• Stand for up to 8 hours and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment per drawings and BOMs.
• Use hand-held tools (screwdrivers, drills).
• Maintain and organize workstation inventory.
• Perform quality checks and document defects.
• Follow MSD handling and ISO quality standards.
