Job summary

Randstad USA in Pawtucket, RI is seeking production assemblers to hand-assemble electrodes and components, stage materials, and monitor line loading. You will perform inline checks, log data with precision, and mentor new operators while maintaining strict 5S and safety standards.

Expect a hands-on role with daily targets and occasional ad-hoc duties, working 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Assemble products according to specifications.
• Perform inline checks, log discrepancies, and rework parts as needed.
• Uphold 5S and safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrodes and components by hand using standard tools.
• Stage raw materials and maintain clean workstations between runs.
• Meet daily output targets while preserving quality.
• Log production data accurately and communicate bottlenecks.
• Mentor onboarding operators and support line loading tasks.
• Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
