Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Suwanee, GA to join the Production team, assembling electro-mechanical components per drawings and work instructions.

The role requires reading diagrams, handling small parts, and maintaining quality, with first and second shifts.

You will work with hand tools, inspect assemblies, and keep a clean, safe workspace while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in assembly work, electro-mechanical assembly, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and written procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing quality work every time.
• Comfort working with small parts, tools, and repetitive assembly tasks in a production setting.
• Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn and follow safety and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies per work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
• Perform wiring, installation, and basic mechanical assembly tasks to build functional units.
• Use hand tools and standard shop equipment safely and effectively to complete assembly steps.
• Inspect assembled parts for accuracy, completeness, and workmanship, and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe, efficient production.

Our client, an advanced manufacturing organization, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the Production team supporting day-to-day assembly operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to follow work instructions consistently—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Pay Range: $24.64 to $25.71

Shift: 1st and 2nd
