Job summary

Randstad USA in Pawtucket, RI is seeking production assemblers to hand-assemble electrodes and components, stage materials, and monitor line loading. You will perform inline checks, log data with precision, and mentor new operators while maintaining strict 5S and safety standards.

Expect a hands-on role with daily targets and occasional ad-hoc duties, working 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Job Description: Assemble electrodes, components, and sub-assemblies by hand using standard tools in accordance with established SOPs.

Stage raw materials, clear workstations between runs, and execute line loading tasks.

Consistently hit daily output targets without compromising product quality standards.

Perform routine in-line checks to spot defects, log discrepancies, and rework parts as needed.

Log output numbers and shift production data with high accuracy.

Help identify line bottlenecks, resolve assembly errors, and mentor onboarding operators.

Uphold 5S and safety standards to keep work areas clean, organized, and accident-free.

Take on ad-hoc production and assembly duties assigned by the lead or supervisor.
