Job summary

Lonestar Integrated Solutions is seeking an Electrical Panel Assembler to support the production and assembly of electrical control panels in a controlled shop environment. This role does not involve field installation or energized electrical work.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced in electrical assembly within a manufacturing or production setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in electrical assembly or panel wiring preferred.
Ability to read electrical schematics and layout drawings.
Detail-oriented with strong quality focus.
Able to work in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Assemble electrical control panels and enclosures per drawings and specifications.
Perform point-to-point wiring, crimping, labeling, and component mounting per UL508 standards and internal procedures.
Read schematics, BOMs, and layout drawings to complete assemblies accurately.
Use hand and power tools to fabricate, mount, and secure components within panels and enclosures.
Conduct visual inspections and basic continuity checks (no energized testing).
Maintain organized workstations and proper material handling and inventory usage.
Collaborate with production leads and engineering to resolve drawing discrepancies.
Follow all safety protocols for a manufacturing environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
