Job summary

Lonestar Integrated Solutions is seeking a Pre-Fabrication Assembler to support fabrication, assembly, and preparation of commercial electrical components in a shop environment. You will produce repeatable assemblies according to blueprints, shop drawings, and project specs for efficient field installation.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and organized, with a focus on high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in commercial electrical installation, pre-fabrication shop, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read electrical layouts, schematics, blueprints, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble commercial electrical pre-fabricated components per drawings and specs.
• Measure, cut, bend, and prepare conduit following dimensions and standards.
• Assemble and prepare electrical devices, boxes, brackets, and hardware into complete assemblies.
• Pre-wire devices and assemblies as required by project drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine assembly requirements and quantities.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Collaborate with Shop/Project Managers and Engineering to clarify fabrication requirements.
