Job summary

Lonestar Integrated Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking an Electrical Panel Assembler to support production and assembly of electrical control panels and enclosures. The role focuses on assembling components per engineering drawings in a controlled shop environment, with no field installation or energized work.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced in electrical assembly within a manufacturing setting. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

Experience in electrical assembly or panel wiring in a production environment.
Ability to read electrical schematics and layout drawings.
Experience with wire stripping, crimping, and labeling.
Strong attention to detail and quality commitment.

Responsibilities

Assemble electrical control panels, enclosures, and related components per drawings.
Perform wiring, labeling, and mounting per UL508 standards and procedures.
Interpret schematics, BOMs, and layouts to complete assemblies accurately.
Use hand and power tools to mount components inside panels.
Conduct visual inspections and basic continuity checks; no energized testing.
Maintain organized workstations and proper material handling.
