Job summary

Lonestar Integrated Solutions is seeking an Electrical Panel Assembler to support the production and assembly of electrical control panels in a controlled shop environment. This role does not involve field installation or energized electrical work.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced in electrical assembly within a manufacturing or production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in electrical assembly or panel wiring preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and layout drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality focus.
• Able to work in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels and enclosures per drawings and specifications.
• Perform point-to-point wiring, crimping, labeling, and component mounting per UL508 standards and internal procedures.
• Read schematics, BOMs, and layout drawings to complete assemblies accurately.
• Use hand and power tools to fabricate, mount, and secure components within panels and enclosures.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic continuity checks (no energized testing).
• Maintain organized workstations and proper material handling and inventory usage.
• Collaborate with production leads and engineering to resolve drawing discrepancies.
• Follow all safety protocols for a manufacturing environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This role is responsible for assembling components to specification using engineering drawings and does not involve field installation, maintenance, or energized electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels, enclosures, and related components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform point-to-point wiring, crimping, labeling, and component mounting in accordance with UL508 standards and internal procedures.
• Read and interpret schematics, bills of material, and layout drawings to complete assemblies accurately.
• Use hand and power tools to fabricate, mount, and secure electrical components within panels and enclosures.

Physical Requirements

• May be required to move up to 40 lbs.
• Regularly works around moving mechanical parts and in warehouse conditions that are not always climate controlled and may include heat and humidity.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Requires manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina to perform assembly tasks.
