Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating EDM equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Wire EDM, Conventional EDM, and/or Hole Popper equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, process sheets, and drawings.
• Load and verify programs for repeat jobs and confirm revision levels.
• Install fixtures, mount workpieces, and select wire materials/diameters.
• Conduct first-piece inspections and obtain Quality Inspector approval.
• Maintain production records and keep work areas clean and safe.
